Wow, finally, OVHcloud is offering shared web hosting plans for Canadians. That’s certainly great news for people who prefer web hosting plans which are hosted in Canada. Primarily if your targeted audience is located in Canada, you might want to host your website in a Canadian data centre. In the past, when I compared prices of US and Canadian web hosting, I always found that the US offers are still more affordable. Somehow, with the same hosting features, those Canadian offers are always a few dollars more.

Everything seems cool, right. Well, there is at least one thing I could complain about. I almost wanted to join one of those plans to host some of my small projects. Wait, take a look at the feature comparisons table. The number of the database is quite limited. The Personal plan only gives you 1 database (1x200M), the Professional plan gives you 4 databases (3x400M, 1x2G), and the Performance plan gives you 4 databases also (3x800M, 1x4G). So, if you plan to host several WordPress sites and each site has its own database, you might want to look for something else.
